Hello fellow artists, readers and wonderers!

When I’m not at my desk creating, you can find me in the kitchen making pizza, curled up in a corner with a book, snuggling with my doodles, playing the role as Uber Driver for my sons, and always dreaming up future vacations to take with my family.

After studying and working in the theater throughout my 20s, I switched my artistic focus to fine art and writing following the birth of my first son. Since then my work has been exhibited all over the world in galleries, exhibits and magazines.

Having struggled with intense anxiety as a child, helping kids cope with their emotions is an important part of my work. Since reading and art was a big part of my healing process, I hope to use these mediums to encourage young people, whether by sneaking a hidden message into a story or by simply making a child laugh.

I am a member of SCBWI and a true believer that the power of picture books is endless.
